Officially the start of spring is a few weeks away on March 20 and the weather in Newport is definitely not spring like.  Yet there are a few signs that the end of winter is here.

  • The first mega-yacht has arrived at the Newport Shipyard from it’s trip down South - so wonderful to so see happy, tan people
  • Belles’ Cafe in the Newport Shipyard Complex is open
  • Work for both Boat Nanny and The Captain’s Concierge is starting to pick up
  • There are baby lambs at Simmons Farms - one of the farms that is part of our Farm to Yacht program
  • Flower leaves are starting to poke out of the ground
  • Flo’s Clamshack is reopened

We are really looking forward to hearing from all of you when you return to Newport this spring/summer.  Wishing you a great weekend - if you are working may the guest be gracious & happy and if you are off may you find a sunny spot to relax.
