Where yachting & food collide…from The Captain’s Concierge
Yay! The eagerly anticipated blog from The Captain’s Concierge is finally here. Just like on a boat where the galley is the hub of crew life, The Galley is the cyber hub for yachties. The Galley is stocked with tasty tidbits like
Trends: new cuisines, hot restaurant menus
Gossip: juicy
Reviews: books, restaurants, tools
Products: new & tried and true
Food: fruit, vegetable, meat, seafood, exotic & local
Tips: cooking & organizing
Fun: parties, activities, culture
There is so much out there that can really help yachties. But do you really want to spend your time surfing the web to find it when you could be surfing at the beach? I’ve been stumbling across ideas and products and information that I know will make your life easier. My quandry has been how to get the message out. At The Captain’s Concierge, we’ve sent emails, passed out fliers on the dock and conversed with our clients. All of these have worked well however I’ve been searching for a way to pass along the information in an easy to access form.
Now with The Galley blog we are sharing more with a wider audience in a more timely fashion. Hopefully I’ll inspire you to share what you’ve learned in The Galley. At the bottom of each posting there is a share button that opens up with many options to send the post along to your friends. You can also share your knowledge by commenting on the posts and sending in your suggestions. Once you learn something don’t just keep it to yourself – keep the karma going by spreading the word.
Welcome to The Galley – where food & yachting collide. Pull up a chair & stay for a while – you never know what you might hear.
The soundtrack for the post: Life, Love & Laughter
Thanks for stopping by The Galley. Here you’ll find a clearinghouse for yachties to get useful information about food, cooking, yachting and crew. The Galley reports on trends, news, ideas, books and anything else I find interesting.
As with all the services provided by The Captain's Concierge , The Galley makes your life on board easier. Please join the conversation happening in The Galley with your ideas and comments.
